Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time so that we can check you in. If you are running late, then please call us or WhatsApp us on number so that we do not open up your appointment to another customer. We run a tight schedule so that we can provide a high-quality service to all of our clients, and if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to offer your appointment to another customer.  

We understand that things change, so if you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us a minimum of 6 hours’ notice so that we can offer your slot to someone else. To cancel or amend your booking, you can call or WhatsApp us on number.

Due to limited availability, we recommend that all clients book in advance. That being said, if you are walking by, you are welcome to ask our staff if there is availability, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you love our service, please feel free to leave a cash tip with our technician or stylist. Cash tips only can be accepted.

We have a range of hot and cold drinks available; please ask our staff, who will be happy to serve you.

Feeling hungry? There are a range of outlets within the mall that will deliver food directly to the comfort of your chair. Ask our staff for the options available.

Children under 16 are welcome at SO ORIGINAL and written parental or guardian consent will be required. A form will be provided prior to your treatment starting. A parent or guardian must accompany any child under 16 during their treatment.

No pets are permitted inside the mall.
